sleeping patterns


I’ve been having serious trouble falling asleep before midnight the last few weeks. I lay in bed and try to sleep but my mind becomes clouded with useless thoughts. Any ideas?

On top of being unable to sleep, I’ve been grinding my teeth really badly lately, and I haven’t been able to find my night guard since I went home in October. I might just have to bite the bullet (no pun intended) and get a sport guard or something. Daily headaches were so 2005.

Tomorrow I work 2:30-10, Saturday I work 11-7:30 and then head off to a concert for 8:30, and Sunday I work 7:45-4. This weekend will be tough. Thank goodness for beautiful music.
